Cancellations
Due to our quick turn around we are unable to accept cancellations. We often begin working on your order immediately.
Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. No exceptions.
Damaged items
If items are received damaged, please report damage within 3 days of receiving. We will need proof of damage including photographs of products with damage as well as photographs of damage to packaging. Once this information is received we will determine at our discretion if the item will be replaced or sent back to us for repair. No replacement/repair will be available after the 3 day window.
