Returns & Cancellations

We always strive to give you the best service and communication throughout your ordering process to ensure you are happy with your purchase. In the event that you feel the need to return or exchange an item, PLEASE READ our return policy below.

Cancellations

Custom or standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no cancellation fee.

Any orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of order total.

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom sized items. No exceptions.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any of our mantels, floating shelves or ledges that are 48" and longer or any vanity mirrors.

We do offer a listing to purchase color swatches if you are unsure of what color to choose. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

Any of our other standard offered sizes (with the exception of mantels, larger shelves/deep shelves/Ledges and vanity mirrors) may be returned for a refund minus shipping charges as well as a 30% restock fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must initiate return request within 3 DAYS of receiving order, no refunds will be given after the 3rd day. Items must be returned in perfect condition in order to receive refund.

We assume no responsibility for items damaged while shipping back to us. In the case something is damaged, it is up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We highly recommend insuring your items when shipping back to us!

Any requested returns must be post marked within 7 days of requesting the return/exchange. After 7 days the return will no longer be accepted.

Damaged items

If items are received damaged, please report damage within 3 days of receiving in order to receive a remake. We will need proof of damage including photographs of products with damage as well as photographs of damage to packaging.

Picture Frames: Any glass that is broken in transit in our picture frames will not be replaced but you will be given a $10 credit to cover the costs of replacement.

Vanity Mirrors: Any vanity mirror glass that is broken will not be replaced, but you will be given a credit depending on the size of glass piece to cover the replacement cost.
